Mindy and Rishika spoke with career counseling expert Linda Favero about crafting a resume that highlights how awesome, unique, and valuable you are. Linda also talks about how to prepare for an interview, from doing your research ahead of time to sending a follow up afterward.
Linda Favero had a long career at the University of Oregon, where she led student and career development programs and served on the campus’ management team as the Assistant Dean and Program Director for 10 years. She currently has her own strategic advising firm, O+I Develop.
